Junior Partner

Anahit Sargsyan is a Junior Partner at MB Legal, advising corporate clients on business law matters with a particular focus on investment companies and fund structures in Armenia. Her practice covers corporate formation and governance, investment vehicle structuring, and commercial legal advisory — areas of increasing relevance as foreign capital continues to flow into the Armenian market.

Anahit has complemented her practice with specialised training through programmes organised by GIZ and IRZ, the German international cooperation agencies, including dedicated mediation training. This exposure to German and EU-standard legal methodologies informs her approach to structuring and dispute avoidance. She has also competed in international moot court competitions spanning commercial arbitration, banking, insurance, intellectual property, and mediation, giving her a strong grounding in contentious matters across multiple practice areas.

Anahit became a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia in December 2021. She graduated with honours from Yerevan State University and holds an LL.M. from the American University of Armenia.
