Managing Partner

Rindala is the founder and managing partner of Tribonian Law Advisors. Rindala’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions. Prior to founding TLA, Rindala was a partner at Vinson & Elkins in the UAE and the managing partner at Latham & Watkins’ offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar.

Rindala Beydoun is ranked as a leading lawyer and for UAE Corporate/Commercial work by Chambers Global and as a Women leader and notable practitioner by Chambers & Partners. She has also been recommended by Legal 500 as an expert in her field. Rindala was also recommended by Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer for M&A in the UAE.

Rindala was recognized as a women leader and notable practitioner for M&A in the UAE by IFLR1000 and she was ranked in Financial News as 50 most Influential Women in Middle East France in 2019 as she was also recognized in Those Who Inspire Book (Lebanon edition): Featured in the book as one of top 59 inspiring people in Lebanon.
