Mr. Dang Chi Lieu is a founder and Chairman of DNA Vietnam LLC. Before this, he was a Partner at a leading global law firm in-charge of M&A, Corporate and Project Development. Before starting work as an attorney, Mr. Dang Chi Lieu was an in-house counsel for a conglomerate in Vietnam. Mr. Dang Chi Lieu primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, insurance, and project developments. His practice has included a broad and varied representations of foreign investors, local investors and other foreign-invested companies in variety of industries throughout Vietnam, including energy, telecoms, oil and gas, mining, construction, insurance and food and beverage.
