He has extensive experience and expertise in providing legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, direct foreign investment, and various legal issues related to companies. He also advises bidders, target companies, and controlling shareholders in transactions involving both public and private sectors, including negotiation and challenging of mergers, subsidiary investments, and spin-off transactions. In addition, he provides guidance to senior executives, board members, and shareholder on corporate governance matters.
