• Successfully representing Sonia Appleby in her whistleblowing claim against The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust September 2021

• The Times Lawyer of the Week in September 2021.

• Lawyer in the News in the Law Society Gazette September 2021.

• Successfully represented a fellow solicitor at trial in her Equal Pay and Sex Discrimination / Harassment trial – August 2021

• Successfully overturned a “manifestly wrong” Employment Appeal Tribunal precedent, reviving the concept of Constructive Harassment Dismissal (EA-2020-000876-LA and EA-2020-000877) in July 2021.

• Successfully represented several clients at trial against RVA Surveyors Ltd leading to RVA being debated in Westminster Hall as reported in Hansard in May 2021.

• Successfully clarified the law on the distinction between the test for unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal (Don-Pevi v Royal Mail Group Ltd UKEAT/0232/15/DA) in January 2016.
