Senior Associate

Valérie advises clients on capital market transactions, as well as on regulatory matters.

She assists banks and issuers on a broad range of capital market transactions such as IPOs, rights offerings, private placements and bonds issuances, including convertible bonds as well as hybrid and regulatory debt instruments.

Valérie also advises financial intermediaries on compliance with their regulatory duties. Furthermore, she assists companies on M&A and financing transactions as well as on various corporate and contract law matters.

Prior to joining Advestra, Valérie Bayardwas a partner at a major Swiss law firm.
