Sandro Fehlmann’s practice focuses on capital market transactions (equity and debt) as well as on insurance, banking and financial market laws. He also frequently advises clients on M&A transactions as well as complex project financing and other ECA transactions.

Prior to joining Advestra as partner in 2021, Sandro Fehlmann was associate at a leading Swiss law firm for several years. From 2019 to 2020, he was foreign associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. Before starting his career at a law form, Sandro was a tax consultant at a Big Four firm.
