Career
Sarah is a commercial litigator who works on corporate and commercial disputes, fraud and asset recovery and aviation law matters. She has also acted in arbitrations involving disputes arising from commercial contracts, and oil & gas matters.
She has advised and assisted in proceedings involving complex contractual disputes, shareholders’ disputes and the recovery of funds in cross-border disputes.
Sarah undertook the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC), and Master of Laws in BPTC (LL.M.) from Cardiff University and was awarded with a Distinction in her Master of Laws (LL.M.) Dissertation on Company Law on minority shareholders at Cardiff University. She is a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple).
