- An Italian-Spanish platform active in the energy transition sector with a pipeline of approximately 2GW projects under development, and a developer with extensive experience in the reference sector with approximately 1 GW ongoing developments, signed a contractual joint venture to develop utility scale photovoltaic plants. Lexia assisted MR Wind in negotiating and finalizing the JV documentation.
- LEXIA assisted a leading international investment fund operator focused on renewable energy, energy transition and sustainable infrastructure – and a company active in the development of renewable energy plants – in the establishment of a 50:50 joint venture to develop renewable energy plants in Italy with a maximum capacity of 1GW. Our Firm took care of the drafting and finalization of all contractual and corporate documentation related to the creation of the joint venture.
