Dr. Peter Wagesreiter, LL.M. (UPenn) is a partner at HSP.law and heads the firm's Banking & Finance Team. With his team, he advises domestic and foreign banks, financial service providers and investors on banking, finance and capital markets law. The focus is on the establishment of banks in the course of passporting and branch offices, with a close connection to the area of mergers & acquisitions and compliance.

Dr. Peter Wagesreiter, LL.M. (UPenn) studied law at the University of Vienna and the University of Pennsylvania. Peter Wagesreiter also completed a research stay at Harvard University in the course of his dissertation and is admitted to the New York Bar.
