Mina Gholiof Roa is a partner at Kompass Advokat, specialising in data protection, cybersecurity, AI and commercial contracts. She advises a broad range of clients, with particular expertise in the life sciences and technology sectors.

Mina has extensive experience in complex data protection and regulatory matters, including global compliance projects, cross-border data transfers and the implementation of emerging AI regulation. She regularly assists clients with the processing of sensitive personal data, including patient data in clinical trials, and provides strategic advice on the intersection between innovation and regulatory frameworks.

Prior to joining Kompass Advokat, Mina worked at an international law firm in Brussels, where she advised leading global technology companies on data protection and AI-related issues. She also has significant in-house experience, having served as Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer as well as previously working within the life sciences industry. This background gives her a strong commercial perspective and an in-depth understanding of clients’ operational needs.
