Associate

Milena has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2020. She holds a law degree from the University of Belgrade, and a master’s degree in international law. Her master’s thesis, titled “The Impact of Climate Change on International Relations”, highlights her interest in global legal issues, especially those related to environmental challenges. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in company law to deepen her expertise in the field.

Milena specializes in corporate, commercial, labor, and real estate law, with additional expertise in medical and consumer law. She has extensive experience in M&A, having successfully advised both local and international clients on structuring and executing transactions. Milena also handles liquidation, bankruptcy proceedings, and the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance documents.

She has a strong track record of representing clients in civil and commercial cases, particularly in complex litigation, where she effectively applies her knowledge of procedural and substantive law to achieve favorable outcomes.

Milena is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish.
