Nikola is a graduate of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, holding an LL.B degree with a specialization in Corporate Law.

Bringing forth over two decades of professional experience, Nikola has established himself as a seasoned legal professional with a primary emphasis on the intricate domains of banking and finance. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a profound understanding of the complexities involved in financing acquisitions, corporate and project financing, and real estate development projects.

Before joining our team, Nikola held pivotal roles in the financial sector, notably as the Director of Assets Management and Head of Legal in several prominent banking systems in Serbia. In these roles, he played a crucial part in shaping strategic decisions, managing legal aspects, and contributing to the overall success of the institutions.

Nikola’s fluency in English further enhances his ability to navigate international legal landscapes and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. His commitment to staying abreast of legal developments, coupled with his extensive practical experience, positions Nikola as a valuable asset, bringing a wealth of legal knowledge and strategic insight to his current role
