Assur has over twenty years of experience in law, specializing in real estate transactions, commercial leases, and infrastructure. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance, board governance, and general corporate law matters, having served as a board secretary and board member, including at Midstar Hotels AB.

Assur is primarily engaged for assignments in real estate transactions, property and project development, and commercial leases, and he regularly assists actors within the real estate industry. His expertise has been recognized in renowned publications such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. Additionally, he has experience in handling disputes within the real estate sector.

In addition to his client work, Assur is a valued lecturer in real estate law and is frequently engaged by external course institutes, where he leads courses such as "Fastighetstransaktioner i praktiken". He also offers tailored training for clients. Assur is a co-author of the books "Kommersiell hyresrätt" and "Fastighetstransaktioner i praktiken", as well as the contract guide in real estate law in JUNO.
