Juraj’s speciality is litigation and enforcement of clients’ claims in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings. He has handled dozens of lawsuits and proceedings related to contractual and non-contractual liability for damages, claims arising from defects in workmanship, claims arising from the provision of financial services and industrial property rights, and a wide range of issues arising from business contractual relations.
