Andrei Petre, a next-gen Partner, has assisted numerous energy clients across electricity and gas supply, trading, renewables, and e-mobility infrastructure. His expertise extends to competition law, where he regularly advises on merger control, investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid, and unfair competition. He is also actively involved in foreign direct investment (FDI) screenings and has developed hands-on experience in Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) matters, assisting international clients in aligning with the latest EU regulatory frameworks.
