Tomáš Slabý focuses on real estate and construction law, representing domestic and international clients in real estate transactions and construction investment projects. He has extensive experience preparing and negotiating comprehensive contractual documentation and representing clients in permit proceedings before administrative bodies, including EIA and zoning proceedings and their judicial review. Among his clients are AFI Europe, Nemomax, Lincoln Property or SÚSPk.

Tomáš Slabý also acts as a key member of the Employment team. He specialises primarily in employment litigation and has an impressive track record of successfully representing clients not only in court proceedings but also before state authorities, including the Labour Inspectorate. He has extensive experience in advising on complex employment matters, particularly those involving managerial employees and statutory body members, employment of foreign nationals, collective bargaining, and employment law due diligence.

Tomáš Slabý regularly advises clients on both day-to-day employment matters and highly specialised issues, with a strong focus on employment terminations, liability for damages in the employment context, and related insurance matters.

Tomáš Slabý received his Masters of Law from the Law Faculty at Charles University in Prague in 2006.
