Senior Associate

Václav Bělohoubek is an attorney-at-law with a primary focus on employment law. Over the course of his career, Václav spent five years at law firms within the Big Four, during which he also completed an international secondment in Budapest. This experience provided him with valuable exposure to cross-border employment matters and multinational HR projects.

He is a member of the Czech Employment Lawyers Association, a respected professional association bringing together the most distinguished employment law experts in the Czech Republic. Václav also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in collective bargaining disputes, officially appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

In his employment law practice, Václav specializes in the international posting of workers, collective labour relations, agency employment, and the digitalisation of HR processes. He is also well-versed in legal issues concerning illegal work, disguised agency employment, and employment litigation, including representation before administrative authorities.

Václav regularly lectures at professional seminars alongside his colleague Lenka Droscová, covering a wide range of employment law topics. He is also an active contributor to employment law publications, with a particular interest in legislative developments at both national and EU levels. He also collaborates with legal publishing house Wolters Kluwer.
