Martin Randa, co-founder of the firm, has been practising law since 1999. He began his career as in-house counsel within a leading international automotive group and gained further experience at the Prague office of a leading international law firm before co-founding the firm in 2005. He specialises in dispute resolution and has extensive experience representing Czech and foreign clients – as claimants and defendants – before the Czech courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court, as well as in arbitration.

Martin Randa is an Arbitrator in the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.

Martin Randa is a member of the Czech Bar Association.

Martin Randa completed his studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He also graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law with an LL.M.
