Lenka Droscova is an attorney-at-law, partner and head of the Employment Law Team. She has broad and in-depth experience in preparing and negotiating a wide range of employment law documentation, including individual employment contracts, termination documents, remuneration agreements, internal regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.

Lenka Droscova advises clients on all aspects of day-to-day employment law, as well as on complex matters, with particular expertise in transfers of rights and obligations arising from employment relationships, agency employment, and issues concerning executive employees, including non-compete clauses and other restrictive covenants.

She also provides legal services in the field of immigration law, focusing on the international posting of workers, including related social security and health insurance issues. Lenka has substantial experience with relocation of foreign nationals (both EU and non-EU citizens) where she assists clients with obtaining the necessary work and residence permits, preparing supporting documentation, and advising on regulatory compliance.

Lenka Droscova regularly counsels clients on occupational health and safety matters, with a focus on employer obligations, and represents clients in Labour Inspection audits related to workplace safety.

She is a mediator and arbitrator in collective bargaining disputes, appointed by the Czech Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

In addition to being a member of Czech Bar Association, Lenka Droscova is a member of the State Bar of California, USA. 

She is also a member of the Czech Employment Lawyers Association, which brings together the leading experts in employment law in the Czech Republic.

In addition to her legal practice, Lenka Droscova is an active speaker at professional seminars and frequently publishes expert articles in the field of employment law. She is also engaged in multiple pro-bono activities.
