Our law firm is fortunate to have a team of highly skilled professionals, each with their own unique areas of expertise.
Amir, our managing partner, is responsible for overseeing the business and handling large-scale transactions. His main area of practice is IT, IP, corporate, investments. He works closely with Senior Associate Sergey, who brings years of experience to the table and is an expert in structuring deals, taxation, and corporate law.
Jahongir is another partner at our firm, and he is responsible for handling all of our litigation matters. He has a wealth of experience in this area and is known for his ability to think quickly on his feet and come up with creative solutions to complex legal problems.
Sevinch and Temurbek form another important part of our team. They specialize in projects related to company registration, residency acquisition, and overall process support. Sevinch is particularly skilled at helping clients navigate them process of registering a new business, obtaining IT residency, and acquiring entry and IT visas. She is also an expert at helping clients deal with the various bureaucratic hurdles involved in obtaining accreditation for foreign workers.
Temurbek, on the other hand, is specializing at helping clients deal with immigration-related issues, including obtaining residency permits and dealing with other immigration-related issues.
We also have other valuable team members who contribute in their own unique ways to the success of our firm. Each team member brings their own unique set of skills and experience to the table, and we work together collaboratively to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service possible. We believe that by working as a team and complementing each other's strengths, we are better able to meet the diverse needs of our clients and provide them with the best possible legal solutions.
