Dr. Eyüp Kul co-founded Lexist in 2016 following a successful career as in house counsel for companies active in various sectors. He focuses on dispute resolution and corporate/M&A matters in the energy, real estate, infrastructure, transportation & logistics sectors, in particular.

Eyüp has led several award-winning projects, negotiating major EPC, NGA, and PPA contracts in relation to infrastructure and energy projects, as well as M&As and project financing. His extensive experience in project execution and multi-party negotiations provides him with unique insight into the strategic dimensions of a project, dispute avoidance, and risk mitigation, making his constructions disputes practice one of the strongest in the Turkish market.

Eyüp advises his clients on arbitration as well as litigation, representing them in cases before tribunal under the rules of different institutions, including ICC, LCIA, and ICSID. Acting particularly for Turkish regulatory bodies and contractors, he brings an invaluable strategic perspective appreciated by clients. On the litigation front, he has a broad and strong practice, making him a first choice for clients involved in complex disputes.

His clients include domestic and international businesses, employers, contractors, government bodies, energy companies, diversified conglomerates, and financial institutions, who rely on Eyüp for their inbound and outbound strategic investments.
