Bringing over 17 years of robust legal experience to Loeb Smith, Vanisha specialises in corporate and commercial law with a proven track record in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex legal documentation for hedge funds, private equity funds, securitizations and corporate restructuring. Transitioning earlier this year from another law firm / and as a director of a corporate services firm, Vanisha is dedicated to providing strategic legal advice and exceptional client service.
