Transitioning earlier this year from another law firm / and as a director of a corporate services firm, Vanisha is dedicated to providing strategic legal advice and exceptional client service.

Corporate / Banking & Finance: bilateral and syndicated finance deals, regulatory compliance across the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, M&A transactions, securitization and corporate restructuring.
