Junior Associate

Hajer Gamal Badawy is a Junior Associate specializing in civil law, personal status law, and labor disputes. She has approximately one and a half years of practical experience in legal practice and litigation, during which she has been actively involved in following up on cases before the competent courts and providing legal support across a range of civil, family, labor, and misdemeanor matters.

In the course of her practice, Hajer assists in the preparation and drafting of statements of claim, legal memoranda, and appeals, as well as providing legal consultations to individual clients. She demonstrates strong capabilities in legal research, case analysis, and the drafting of contracts and various legal documents. Her work also includes handling labor disputes, preparing evidentiary and document bundles, organizing and managing case files, and carrying out administrative legal tasks, while maintaining a high level of professional accuracy and safeguarding clients’ rights and interests in accordance with applicable laws.

Hajer approaches her work with diligence and attention to detail, combining sound legal analysis with practical case management skills that support effective litigation outcomes.
