Junior Associate

Hajer Hilal is a Junior Associate at MNasser & Partners, working across the firm’s Arbitration and Corporate Law practices. She assists in both international and domestic arbitration proceedings, supporting senior counsel with legal research, drafting legal advice, case preparation, and the preparation of pleadings and procedural submissions. While at an early stage of her arbitration career, she has developed a solid foundation in commercial dispute resolution and demonstrates growing proficiency in arbitral procedures and case management.

Within the firm’s corporate practice, Hajer advises and supports both local and international clients across a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory matters. Her work encompasses company incorporation, corporate restructuring, liquidation, and due diligence, as well as drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial and employment agreements. She is also engaged in matters involving taxation, social insurance, corporate governance, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), delivering well-structured, compliant, and business-focused legal assistance.

Hajer brings a multidisciplinary academic background that enhances her analytical depth and commercial awareness, enabling her to approach legal issues with strategic insight and precision.

Hajer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Leeds, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the University of Toronto, and a Diploma in Business Administration from George Brown College.
