Junior associate

Abdullah Hassanain is a Junior Associate specializing in corporate and commercial law. A graduate of Cairo University’s Faculty of Law (English Section), he combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience in corporate transactions, governance, and regulatory compliance.

He provides legal support to local and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, demonstrating proficiency in legal research, drafting, and analysis.

Moreover, Abdullah was selected to represent Cairo University in the 2023–2024 Price Media Law Moot Court Competition, hosted by the University of Oxford, where he refined his advocacy and analytical reasoning skills through extensive legal research, written submissions, and oral pleadings at both the regional and international levels.

Areas of Expertise & Specialization:

Corporate and Commercial Law, including but not limited to:

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, preparing legal memoranda and opinions, and delivering well-reasoned analysis on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. Advising on corporate governance, including drafting OGM, EOGM, and Board resolutions. Conducting legal due diligence, performing in-depth legal research, and ensuring full compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements. Assisting in company incorporation procedures, drafting employment agreements, and preparing resignation, separation, and offboarding documentation. Providing bilingual (Arabic–English) drafting, proofreading, and translation of complex legal, corporate, and commercial documents with a high degree of accuracy.
