Career
Islam El-Manshawy is a Court of Appeal–admitted lawyer with extensive experience in litigation and legal consultancy. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Cairo University (Class of 2015), and has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2016. His practice spans several core legal disciplines that address the needs of both individuals and corporate clients.
He practices across criminal law, including public funds crimes and drug related cases, as well as civil law, commercial law, and personal status matters. He regularly appears before summary and first-instance courts, managing cases from the initial stage of legal consultation through the drafting of legal memoranda and contracts, up to the issuance of judgments and the follow-up of their enforcement.
In addition, Islam has substantial experience in real estate matters, including completing registration procedures for apartments and villas before the Real Estate Registry, and handling property files throughout all legal stages to ensure sound ownership and the protection of clients’ rights in accordance with the law. He also undertakes negotiations with key institutions and ministries in relation to files concerning both individuals and companies.
