Ahmed Gamal is a Mid-Level Associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation Department. He holds an LL.B. from Ain Shams University (2014) and a Master’s degree in Public Law (2017). He has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2016.

Ahmed has extensive experience in commercial, administrative, civil, criminal, family, tax, and labor disputes. He regularly represents clients before economic, civil, administrative, and criminal courts, as well as before governmental and non-governmental authorities.

His practice includes handling complex litigation matters, drafting memoranda, appeals (including cassation appeals), objections, and legal petitions. He also advises national and international clients on dispute management strategies, negotiates settlements, and drafts a wide range of contracts and legal documents.

Ahmed has successfully secured favorable rulings in eviction and property recovery cases, family disputes (including divorce and khula cases), civil claims, tax disputes before the administrative judiciary, and criminal matters. He has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings, including cases before the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration.

In addition to his litigation work, he has contributed to legal research and authored papers on procedural law, including electronic litigation systems and procedural deadlines, as well as several legal articles on civil and criminal law topics. He has attended various professional training programs and conferences, particularly in investment and banking disputes and contract drafting.

Conducted several legal research papers, including studies on procedural status and procedural representation, as well as a research paper titled Procedural System for Litigation Deadlines in Electronic Litigation, along with many legal articles on topics such as the conditions for returning a gift, harassment via communication crimes, hidden defects warranty, and official mortgages. Attended various legal training courses and conferences, including regular training in investment and banking disputes, and contract drafting.
