Career
Mohamed Fouad is Head of Procedures, with over a decade of experience in corporate and regulatory matters under Egyptian corporate, investment, and capital market laws. He advises on all aspects of company establishment, restructuring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
His practice covers the incorporation of companies, establishment of foreign branches and representative offices, mergers and divisions, changes in legal form, and corporate restructuring. He regularly organizes and attends general assemblies and board of directors’ meetings, prepares and authenticates meeting minutes before the competent authorities, and ensures full compliance with statutory requirements.
Mohamed is experienced in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, shareholder agreements, leases, sales contracts, and official licenses. He also prepares legal memoranda, provides corporate legal opinions, and conducts due diligence reports.
He represents local and international companies before regulatory and professional bodies, including the Egyptian Federation of Construction and Building Contractors (EFCBC), particularly in matters relating to registration of foreign entities and contractors.
Prior to his current role, he worked at Mohamed Salem Law Office, where he gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law matters.
He has also contributed to comparative research on corporate governance in Egypt, which was published in Legal 500 in 2023.
