Hasley Romero built her career at the intersection of public administration and corporate law. Before joining Gallego Lawyers in 2021, she coordinated the Mercantile Registry at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, managed contract termination at Colombia's former national science and technology agency, and structured strategic projects for the National Fund for Disaster Risk Management, the Adaptation Fund, and the Ministry of ICT. As Head of Corporate Law, she structures the corporate vehicles that international investors use to hold and transfer assets in Colombia, from incorporation and corporate governance to the due diligence that precedes a transaction, matching capitalization and structure to the specific requirements of each deal. She rebuilds the contractual frameworks multinational groups rely on to run consistent operations across several countries at once. And she designs the financing structures that let companies with cross-border supply chains move capital and goods without friction.
