I am a Partner in our Corporate team, specialising in corporate transactions and business contracts. I offer clients expert advice on sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraisings (debt and equity), shareholder matters, reorganisations, share schemes, and commercial contracts.

I work with clients of all sizes and from a wide range of sectors. In particular, I have developed expertise in the software, high tech manufacturing, biotech, and biomedtech sectors, and in international transactions.

I find working with business owners and entrepreneurs especially enjoyable.

I’m also a Notary Public.
