In addition to her legal practice, Jelena Lučić-Nöthig has extensive experience in managing legal affairs, compliance and management office within financial institutions operating in the card services and leasing sectors. This background provides significant added value in advising both domestic and international clients on a wide range of legal issues arising in their day-to-day business, particularly in the areas of contract and corporate law, consumer lending, consumer protection, and personal data protection.

She has acted as legal counsel in numerous capital markets transactions, beginning with the pioneering bond issuances of companies owned by the Republic of Croatia (INA and HT). For many years, she has also advised clients in the telecommunications, energy, and road infrastructure sectors.

Jelena serves as legal advisor on M&A and restructuring projects, providing comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of a transaction, including structuring, legal due diligence, negotiations, and preparation of transaction documentation. She also represents clients in arbitration proceedings involving commercial and investment disputes.
