Ahmed Barakat Partner with more than 20 years of experience. Ahmed leads the litigation department and acquires considerable experience in criminal, civil, and commercial litigations. Mr. Barakat was involved in many arbitration cases related to sponsorship agreements in sports and construction agreements. Ahmed regularly advises clients on different matters relating to corporate matters, drafting commercial contracts and real estate development agreements and was involved in many M&As transactions.
