Director

Francisco Palma joined Lembeye  in 2020, where he works in corporate matters, commercial and civil contracting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, joint ventures, financing, reorganizations and bankruptcy settlements, corporate reorganizations, protection and processing of personal data and consumer law.

Lawyer from Universidad de Chile, he has a Master’s Degree in Law and Business (LLM/MLB) from the Bucerius Law School (Hamburg, Germany). Francisco is also Professor of the courses “Bankruptcy Law” and “Capital Structure,” both at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. In addition, he is a PhD student in Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law of Universität Bayreuth, Germany.

Before joining Lembeye Lawyers, he served as a senior associate at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana and did an internship at Luther Law Firm (Hamburg, Germany).
