Naomi Greenwood
Naomi advises HR, in house counsel and senior management within organisations on employment law matters as well individuals themselves.
For Naomi's business clients she performs a general advisory role. Her clients know that they can call on her at any time to assist with issues that arise, including matters such as redundancies and restructurings, disciplinaries and grievances and defending employment tribunal litigation. She understands the importance of being contactable and responsive. Her clients operate in sectors where they may have to rapidly address breaches of confidentiality and restrictive covenants that present a commercial risk to the business and she has the experience and support of a great team to deal with these situations.
Naomi also provides employees with the clear and pragmatic employment law advice they require. She advises on contracts and service agreements at the commencement of employment and on settlement packages upon termination. She can advise you on your rights and the associated risks and costs if you think you have been treated unlawfully. Then if you require she will provide you with robust representation in litigation. Naomi has a proven track record of reaching a successful outcome for her clients.

Katherine Maxwell
Katherine is a partner and head of the firm’s employment law team and works from their Richmond and Southampton offices. She advises clients on all aspects of employment law. Her clients range from large corporates to small companies. She also advises individuals including senior executives, directors and senior managers.
Whatever problem they are facing, her business clients know they can rely on Moore Blatch – whether it’s handling boardroom and shareholder disputes, the TUPE issues surrounding a merger, or helping to manage a major redundancy programme.
Katherine, and the employment team, are always on hand to advise on difficult situations involving individual employees, including drafting and negotiating termination packages. Claire Wagstaff
Claire is a Senior associate in the employment team, qualified in 2010. Her clients range from companies to individuals, and she advises on all aspects of employment law.
She drafts and negotiates settlement packages, contracts of employment and provides general advisory support to HR. She advises on Tribunal claims, employment rights and obligations, redundancies and restructures, restrictive covenants and provides corporate support and TUPE advice on the employment aspects of transactions.
She enjoys watching rugby and football and travelling to New Zealand.
