Co-leader of the Water Law practice and head of the Project Development area, with a focus on the Mining, Energy, Agribusiness, and Infrastructure sectors. He has advised clients throughout all stages of project development, from strategic planning to execution, addressing administrative, regulatory, and contractual matters. His practice has centered on obtaining administrative permits, public property concessions, water rights, rights of way, and negotiating complex contracts.
He has solid experience in the legal structuring of high-impact projects, providing a comprehensive view of the legal challenges faced by initiatives in regulated sectors.
Karla Miranda
ASSOCIATE
Specialist in Water, Environmental, and Natural Resources Law. Her practice focuses on administrative and judicial proceedings, regulatory due diligence processes, and legal advisory for project development. She has participated in the preparation of legal reports and regulatory analysis of initiatives in regulated sectors, dealing with matters related to permitting, inspection, and environmental compliance.
