Her practice focuses on all legal aspects related to the development of energy infrastructure projects in Chile, including the drafting and negotiation of land lease agreements, easements, transmission and interconnection agreements, and power supply contracts. She has also participated in due diligence and financing processes, bidding procedures, corporate structuring, civil law matters, and regulatory issues specific to the electricity industry.

Lawyer with over 10 years of experience in the development of energy infrastructure projects in Chile. Her practice covers all legal aspects involved in such initiatives, including drafting and negotiating land lease agreements, easements, transmission and interconnection contracts, and power supply agreements, as well as due diligence and financing processes, corporate structuring, civil law matters, and regulatory issues in the electricity sector. Before joining LAWGIC Abogados, she was part of the Energy Group at Carey for more than a decade. She holds a Master’s in Law of Globalization and Social Integration from the University of Navarra and has been recognized by The Legal 500 as a leading specialist in the energy sector.
