- Advising and assisting AXA as landlord in the legal proceedings against Odyssey Amsterdam I B.V. (the tenant of the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam North Riverside Hotel) and Paradepaard 3 B.V. (as seller of the hotel).
- Advises Jenbacher B.V. (now an INNIO company) in multiple cases related to disputes about support and maintenance contracts for the gas turbines that are built and delivered for green house applications.
