Jeffrey Hernández is a skilled attorney and notary public dedicated to advising entrepreneurs and startups across diverse industries. He specializes in corporate and intellectual property law, with a strong focus on trademarks, copyrights, and entertainment law. With a client-centered approach, he helps businesses protect their assets and navigate complex legal challenges.

Jeffrey provides strategic legal counsel to entrepreneurs, assisting with entity formation—including corporations and LLCs—merchant registration, Employer Identification Numbers, single-use permits, and navigating tax incentives under Puerto Rico’s Law 60. His expertise helps businesses establish a strong legal foundation while maximizing available benefits.

With extensive experience in intellectual property law, Jeffrey advises clients on trademark and copyright registration in both the United States and Puerto Rico, trade name registration, trade secret protection, and image rights. He also drafts license agreements for intellectual property use and provides guidance on franchise development and protection.

In the entertainment industry, Jeffrey works closely with clients to establish independent record labels and publishing companies, draft music contracts, register musical works with the U.S. Copyright Office, and manage music royalties. He also assists with trademark registration for entertainment brands and negotiates contracts related to work-for-hire agreements, rights assignments, influencers, podcasts, and other media ventures.

In 2019, Jeffrey co-founded Estudio Legal Enlace LLC, a firm committed to providing accessible legal services to small businesses. In 2024, Estudio Legal Enlace created a strategic partnership with Estrella LLC where he serves as Of Counsel to support clients with innovative business and legal strategies.
