Senior Associate, Corporate and Commercial Practice

Alejandro J. García Acabá is a corporate attorney with vast experience in retail, franchising, commercial agreements, inheritance and notarial law. Alejandro has been working at Estrella, LLC since 2014, and has been instrumental to our corporate and commercial department. He is immersed in the handling of all types of contracts and franchise agreements, including but not limited to the preliminary contracts or letters of intent that needs to take place prior to the execution of the final agreements, as well as the execution of the commercial transactions themselves.

Alejandro also has extensive experience in preparation and execution of Deeds of Lease and Sale of oil and gas company properties. In addition, his practice also extended to counseling clients on inheritance and estate planning.

As part of his commitment with future generations he has been devoted to advice emerging entrepreneurs in non-profit organizations focused on evolving Puerto Rico’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
