Mathieu joined Squadra Avocats’ Corporate / M&A team as an associate, where he primarily focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, advising both French and international clients.

Before joining us, Mathieu gained significant experience through several internships in law firms in Paris and in the legal departments of major corporations.
