In addition to domestic legal training in Azerbaijan, the firm’s team members have received Western legal education, including degrees from Central European University, Queen Mary University of London, the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, and Lund University. The firm advises on international aspects of business operations and cross-border transactions and operates in English, German, Russian, Azerbaijani, and Turkish.

The firm has significant experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and review, including multi-million-dollar commercial agreements and FIDIC-based construction contracts, as well as in dispute resolution and debt recovery matters. CLC closely monitors legal reforms and business incentive regimes and advises clients on tax and customs exemptions, free zones, and other state support mechanisms.
