Orxan Beydiyev has LLB from Baku State University and LLM from Queen Marry University (UK). He has more than 15 years of practice in business, corporate, employment and compliance law (including government regulation and licensing) of Azerbaijan. He is a Chevening scholarship awarded lawyer (UK) and admitted to Azerbaijan Bar Association.

Before joining CLC, he has worked at the Ministry of Economy where he was manager of legal-audit department and involved in various economic projects of Azerbaijan, particularly in areas of defending rights of businesses, training entrepreneurs in business laws of Azerbaijan and involved in economic reforms and corporate governance improvements, acted as an inspector of the Tender Committee of the Ministry. He is coordinating government relations of CLC related to the works of the clients.
