Luis has extensive experience in his professional practice area. In his career, he became a judge of the Court of Corporate Affairs that the Companies Superintendence Office of Colombia administers.

He has advised national and international companies in multiple corporate and commercial operations. He has worked with several law firms and has been an official of the Companies Superintendence Office of Colombia and the Home Utilities Superintendence Office of Colombia. In addition, he has worked as a professor of Corporate Law at several universities.
