Oziel Guerrero focuses his practice on consulting for companies in labour matters, supporting them in all their processes, which go from the definition of the corporate structures suitable for hiring their employees, to generating strategies alongside the areas of labour relations according to the company’s needs, to designing salary and compensation programs that attract and retain the best talent in the industry for its customers.

He accompanies clients in all conflicts that may arise in their relations with employees, as he is an expert in collective issues and collective bargaining with unions, where he has achieved important settlements that have avoided strikes for companies from various industries. He is also a permanent adviser to companies that seek to carry out individual or massive labour terminations, as simple or complex as they may be, always achieving the most favorable scenario possible, coordinating terminations of complete production lines or closures of plants satisfactorily.

Oziel Guerrero, having over 15 years of experience, is a recognized litigator in high-risk labour matters, leading a team of experts in the labour law area of the firm who stand out for attending the trials with the highest standards of quality, technique, and transparency that each issue requires. Also, he has been advising some companies involved in M&A processes about their labor duties and benefits restructures. Commonly practiced in Mexico City and Bajío Region, among others.
