Strategic support for a company with several thousand employees to foster employee development and employability, as well as to ensure alignment with evolving challenges in a context of transformation and innovation. Identification of the most suitable legal tools and assistance in the implementation of the new policy on workforce planning, career development, and mobility (GEPPMM), as well as the conclusion of a collective mutual termination agreement (RCC). Defense of a company in litigation initiated by a trade union seeking to obtain a union budget based on a particular interpretation of the existing social dialogue agreement. Development of a defense strategy and arguments to secure the dismissal of the claim, and support in drafting an amendment to the social dialogue agreement to ensure alignment with the intent of the signatories.
