Admitted to the Bar in 2015, Me Aurore TIXIER MERJANYAN obtained a specialization in labor law in 2022, with a specific qualification in “Social and Economic Committee” matters. In 2019, she joined the founding partners of FACTORHY Avocats, a firm exclusively dedicated to employment law. With a diverse client base, she is regularly approached by professional sports clubs to advise them on various social law issues.
She is currently a member of ANDRH Val-de-Marne (since 2019), was selected to join the “Women First” leadership program for women of influence, and appointed as a member of the Legal Committee of the French National Handball League in recognition of her expertise in labor law. In parallel, she has been teaching for over ten years in various Master’s programs and at the Versailles Bar School.
