Admitted to the Bar in 2007, Me Benjamin Desaint obtained a dual specialization in labor law and social protection law in 2013. A member of both the Quebec and Ontario Bars, he brings an international dimension to his practice. In 2019, he co-founded FACTORHY Avocats, a firm exclusively dedicated to employment law, and has served as its CEO since its inception. Under his leadership, the firm has quickly established itself as a key player in the field, bringing together over 130 professionals, including 15 partners.

A committed figure in the legal profession, he has held and continues to hold numerous institutional roles. He is currently a member of the Superior Council of Labor Courts and co-chairs SYSTEMIK RH, a dynamic network of HR leaders. He is also a board member of CPME Hauts-de-Seine. He is the former Vice-President of ANDRH Île-de-France (2015–2023), former labor court advisor at the Nanterre Labor Court, management section (2019–2023), and former board member of the AGS wage guarantee fund – Unédic delegation (2019–2022). In parallel, he has been teaching for over fifteen years in various Master’s programs and at the Versailles Bar School. Author of around thirty reference articles, he is a doctoral candidate at Université Paris 8 and a research fellow at Paris-Saclay, recognized for his work on business transformation and the legal securing of HR practices.
