Laurent Gamet is co-founder of Factorhy Avocats and is regularly involved in complex employment disputes, defending both national and international companies across a range of sectors. He is regularly instructed to advise on the prevention of potential employment litigation, handling issues covering financial risks involving working hours, class actions, damages; criminal risks such as accidents at work and illegal work; social risks such as conflicts with unions and elected staff; and reputation risks such as discrimination, harassment and duty of care. He assists clients during investigations and represents them before both civil and criminal courts. He is also adept at handling the employment aspects of complex corporate reorganisations. Laurent is professor of Law and the Dean of the Paris XII Faculty of Law. He is the author of numerous publications (books and articles) on labor law.
