James joined Bond Turner in July 2022 and specialises in complex and high‑value serious injury claims, including: spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, amputations and psychiatric and psychological harm.
Memberships
James is a member of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO), through which he has developed strong links with leading professionals in the prosthetics sector.
He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
James is one of only two solicitor committee members of the Case Management Society UK (CMSUK), where he helps devise and deliver a consistently sold-out programme of study days.
