James Tomlinson is a highly respected solicitor and Director in the Serious Injury department at Bond Turner. He leads a specialist team that represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing injuries.

James focuses on complex serious injury claims, and his specialist practice areas include:

James joined Bond Turner in July 2022 and specialises in complex and high‑value serious injury claims, including: spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, amputations and psychiatric and psychological harm.

James is a member of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO), through which he has developed strong links with leading professionals in the prosthetics sector.

He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

James is one of only two solicitor committee members of the Case Management Society UK (CMSUK), where he helps devise and deliver a consistently sold-out programme of study days. These events focus on rehabilitation, collaboration and best practice for case managers and rehabilitation professionals, reflecting his commitment to improving standards across the profession.
